Contrary to what others perceived as the field of undecided students, there's actually a lot to enjoy in the General Academic Strand. Whether you want to go into business, education, law, or technology after finishing this course, GAS helps its students realize their worth and build their full potential.
Do not fret when I say conducting research is one of the best things in GAS. It's not actually very difficult. It's challenging, yes, but it can be fun as well. You just need to have the right group members and, most importantly, cooperation.
However, whether we like it or not, we are sometimes bound to others who don't have the same drive as us. Not to mention those who just want to contribute one thing, and then they're done.
Well, these classic scenarios of group members being anchors of the group are the top reasons why a helpful task is becoming difficult in the eyes of the majority.
Doing research, though, requires a lot of patience but that doesn't count babysitting uncooperative group members. It should be seen as something that enhances our skills and helping as gain new perspective and learnings.
The excitement every time we are able to discover something new through our shared efforts cannot be compensated by anything else.

So, instead of being stressed, breathe in and focus. I've been there, and I know that feeling. That is why I am sharing my thoughts and experiences here with you.
